Shipping policy

SHIPPING

All orders of IN STOCK (non Presale, & not part of a special bundle) items have a 3-5 business day processing window. This does not include transit time. You will receive an email with tracking number to reference when your order has been processed. Orders are only physically shipped on Monday-Wednesdays to avoid weekend delivery delays. So you may receive a tracking number when all items are fulfilled but may not see movement on the tracking number if it falls on a non-shipping day. Wait at least 24hrs into a physical shipping day for tracking numbers to update.

PICKUP

All orders of IN STOCK (non Presale, & not part of a special bundle) items have a 3-5 business day processing window. You will receive a Ready for Pickup email when your order has been processed. Bring your order number, valid ID, and Ready for Pickup confirmation email to collect items at the below listed times only:

  • Mon-Thurs 7am - 1:00pm | 7:00pm-9:00pm
  • Friday 10:00am - 12:00pm
  • Saturday 9:00am - 12:00 pm

You have 7 DAYS from the date the order is marked Ready for Pickup to retrieve your items. Orders not picked up will be returned to inventory with no refund/store credit issued. No exceptions. 

PRESALE & SPECIAL BUNDLE ITEMS WILL HAVE THEIR APPROPRIATE SHIPPING/PICKUP TIMEFRAMES IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
